What we can help with

• Which sunrise model suits a room, if you tell us how dark it is and who sleeps there.
• Which wall clock size reads from a given distance.
• A size, a colour or a price on this site that looks wrong.
• Anything on a page that reads as a claim we cannot back.

What we cannot help with

Orders. We do not take payment, hold stock or ship parcels, so we cannot see an order, change an address or process a return. That is handled where the order was placed, and their support can act on it while we can only sympathise.

Replies

A person answers, which means it can take a couple of days. A question with the model name in it gets a useful answer much faster than one without.
